Déroulement de l’entrainement Full Body Routine

  1. 7 handstand push ups wall assisted
  2. 15 wide grip pull ups
  3. 20 dips
  4. 10 chin ups
  5. 20 push ups
  6. 6 toes to bar
  7. 5 one leg squat foolowed by 5 explosive jump squat’s
  8. 5 body weight skull crushers

Pause : minimum de pause entre chaque exercice (pas de pause est le mieux).
