Ares Freeletics
Pullups, situps and sprints, with one minute of rest per round.
Ares links 7 pullups, 7 situps and a 2 × 40 m sprint, then one minute of rest, five times. The forced rest keeps your pullups clean to the end. You need a bar and 40 metres of space.

Tips to nail this WOD
- Do the 7 pullups unbroken as long as you can: that is where the time is won.
- The sprint is an out-and-back over 40 metres: a street workout park with a path is ideal.
- If 35 strict pullups are out of reach, switch to Australian pull-ups.
