A long ten-round journey of burpees, lunge walk, pushups and sprints.
Odysseus is one of the longest free WODs: ten rounds of 5 burpees, 2 × 20 m of lunge walk, 10 pushups and a 2 × 20 m sprint, with one minute of rest each round. You need 20 metres of space, ideally at the park.

Tips to nail this WOD
- With ten minutes of rest in total, every round can be done almost all out.
- On the lunge walk, your back knee brushes the floor on every step.
- The sprint is out and back: brake and go again without stopping at the turn.
