Zeus repeats 10 strict handstand pushups, 20 pullups, 30 pushups, 40 situps and 50 squats four times. 40 handstand pushups and 80 pullups in total: the most complete free WOD, and one of the hardest.

No set rest between rounds, go straight from one exercise to the next.

Tips to nail this WOD
- Without handstand pushups, replace them with pike pushups with your feet raised, and don't compare your time with the official version.
- Split the 20 pullups into 4 sets of 5 from the first round.
- The order goes from hardest to easiest: the situps and squats are recovery for your upper body.
